The Manchester Police Activities League, Inc. (PAL) was established in 1992 by police officers to foster positive relationships ​between youth and law enforcement.​Today PAL creates opportunities and activities for positive interactions between Youth and police and civilian mentors in support of youth ​development and success.
Programs are supported through public and private donations, grants, corporate funding, and fundraising efforts.
